Accessibility statement
Last updated: 14 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or other assistive technology.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is a goal we design and build towards. We have not had the site formally audited or certified, and we have not yet tested it with users of assistive technology, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML: headings in order, landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer), real lists, tables with headers and buttons that are buttons.
- Keyboard navigation: every link, menu and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. A “Skip to content” link is the first item on every page.
- Contrast: text and interface colours are chosen with AA contrast ratios as the target, in both the light and the dark theme (the site follows your system setting).
- Reduced motion: animations are switched off when your system asks for reduced motion.
- Text alternatives: images and diagrams have alt text; purely decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Forms: every field has a visible label, required fields are marked in text, and the result of sending the form is announced to screen readers.
- Language: each page declares its language (English or Spanish), so screen readers use the right pronunciation.
- Resizing: the layout works when text is enlarged and on small screens, without horizontal scrolling.
Known limitations
- Some diagrams show a process visually. The steps are written as text inside the diagram and usually in the page around it, but the visual layout itself is not described.
- Some older or linked documents, such as third-party regulatory texts, are outside our control and may not be accessible.
- We have not tested every combination of browser and assistive technology, and we have not run an independent audit.
- Form validation messages come from your browser, so their wording and language depend on the browser.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site is hard to use or does not work with your assistive technology, please write to hello@systemflare.com with “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what went wrong. An engineer replies within one business day, and we will try to give you the information in another format while we fix it.
