Questions clients ask
Why do you publish prices?
Because you should know if we are in your budget before you spend time on a call. The 'from' price is what a small, well-organised setup typically costs. Larger or messier environments cost more, and the quote says exactly why.
Do you work hourly?
Rarely. Audits and setup projects are fixed-scope and fixed-price. Ongoing work is a monthly plan with a clear scope. For open-ended incident help we can agree a day rate.
What is not included?
Your own hosting, licences and third-party services (cloud bills, CDN, SaaS tools) are paid by you directly, so you keep ownership. We help you choose and set them up.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with an audit or assessment and decide on the rest after reading the findings. You keep the report and the fixes either way.
