What a normal month looks like
Most of the work is quiet. Alerts are checked and tuned. Security updates are applied in a planned window. A backup is restored to a scratch server and compared by checksum. Disk, memory and database growth are tracked, so you hear about “running out next quarter” while there is still time.
When you need a change, such as a new domain, a firewall rule or a PHP upgrade, you ask, and it goes through a pull request like everything else.
When something does break
We stabilise first, then find the cause, then write it up. When an online store went down because its disk was full, we freed 340 GB, taking disk use from 89% to 5%, and the store was back the same afternoon. The write-up then explained why it happened and what monitoring would catch it earlier.
What we do not do
We do not promise uptime numbers on a marketing page, and we do not hold your infrastructure hostage. Accounts, servers and code stay in your name, and everything we set up is documented.
